- Address the physical, spiritual and professional well-being of our priests.
- Recruit and train parish business administrators
- Form parish pastoral councils to empower lay leaders to assume more active roles
- Provide continuing education and spiritual development for all clergy, professional staff and lay leaders
- Expand the capabilities of the Religious Education Department by establishing regional catechetical centers in each deanery
